At KK London, each product is carefully inspected before dispatch.

• No refunds are provided.
• Exchange available within 5 working days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags intact.
• Exchanges are available for the same product or another item of equal value (subject to availability).
• Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is faulty.
